About the position
Administrative tasks, tedious right? This will become less time consuming and error prone with the SaaS solutions that Klippa offers. Or rather, you offer. As a Klippa Account Executive, you take the lead in the sales process of medium and large customers in your segment. You do this by phone, email, LinkedIn, online demos and any other way you can think of. You will advise, inform and enthuse international prospects and potential customers about the Klippa products. You are in the lead of the more complex sales proceses, which includes solution crafting, pricing and contract negotiation. When you consistently reach your own sales targets you will have the opportunity to coach and at a later stage manage our Software Development Representatives.

Who is Klippa looking for?
With your commercial drive and strong communication skills you know how to make prospects enthusiastic from the first contact. You always see opportunities and do not wait a second to grab them with both hands. You are a real hunter and creating new business sales opportunities gives you energy. You are the type of person that needs to be slowed down rather than encouraged. Klippa has a track record of at least 100% growth per year. You don’t shy away from that. On the contrary, you enjoy being given challenging goals and meeting them.

Furthermore, you: 
– have a minimum experience in a similar position of at least 3 years for a medior or 10 years for a senior. 
– are fluent in German and English
– love hunting new deals and growing existing cliënts. 
– have experience with software (or other technical) sales (plus). 
– have experience with international sales (plus). 
– have experience in segments like KYC, Fintech, Loyalty/FMCG or Accounting/ERP (plus).

Founded in 2015 and active in 30more than 35 countries all over the world, Klippa is a fast-growing IT scale-up.They started out as a start-up specialized in digitizing paper receipts, but they now offer numerous services in automated document processing. They developed their own OCR (Optical Character
Recognition) technology that allows them to scan and process any type of document automatically. From invoices to passports, it is their mission to use advanced technology to relieve people from having to do tedious administrative tasks.

They make work more enjoyable, prevent errors and fraud, they reduce costs and enable organizations to focus on their core business. Their goal is to expand their customer base and enter more markets around the globe. Their team of more than 70 about 50 specialists are looking for sales talent to expand their customer base within the international markets. Currently their sales team consists of 15 international sales representatives in which you will join forces by building new strategies in order to reach quarterly targets. Strategies are discussed on a daily basis within the sales team where collaboration, freedom and responsibility are key components to their success.
