For the role of Regional Sales Manager in the Vacanceselect Group, there is never a dull moment! As an energetic, result driven and dynamic Sales Manager you will be representing your region – with multiple markets - within our commercial organization and together with your team you will be driving direct & indirect sales, business development, marketing and distribution.

You will be inspiring your team with your leadership skills, knowledge, creative thinking and your ability to launch commercial initiatives in an organization that is changing the landscape of the outdoor camping
industry. Having the customer in mind at all times and able to sell a unique customer experience makes you successful in your area of expertise. Strong analytical skills are vital to analyze consumer behavior and to judge the success of your team’s commercial efforts.
With your enthusiasm, pragmatic way of working and strong desire to perform you can contribute to the strategy of the company and deliver outstanding results for your region, part of the Northern Europe distribution organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales performance of the area in both direct- and indirect channels;
  • Identifying & delivering opportunities for revenue growth in the region and the markets;
    Business development through on- and offline partnerships with conventional- and non-conventional industry players (B2B);
  • Management of PR, marketing and Social Media tools to develop the brand and optimize the distribution of the value proposition by using in-depth analysis;
  • Management of sales team to drive campaign performance and delivering accurate pacing and KPI goals;
  • Working closely together with the acquisition- and E-commerce team for the go-to-market-strategy within the region;
  • Close cooperation together withe the Call Center team to enhance optimal distribution in the direct channel(s);
  • Manage day by day business by closely cooperating with the internal departments in both head office- and regional office for Northern Europe;
  • identification and reporting market, competition, performance, industry trends and commercial.


  • Training and development of the sales team to deliver on KPI goals;
  • Taking part of multidisciplinary team meetings.
