Sales Manager DACH
Description
As Sales Manager for the DACH Region, you are responsible for the turnover, margin and customer satisfaction levels and further develop the business of Eichholtz.
Growth will be realized through product – category expansion / increasing the shop floor meters at existing customers, acquisition of new customers in different segments. For certain customers the goal is to sell shop in shop concepts to secure in store spaces for a number of years.
You are an ambitious self-starter with experience in sales to independent retailers, retail chains and ecommerce companies. You will have one account manager in Germany plus an Inside Sales and order team in the Netherlands. You understand better than anyone what category and shelf management means and what this means for you and the sales team to make happen.
 
Characteristics / Profile skills:
-       Degree in higher level education 
-       Enterpreneurial / commercial mindset /pro active
-       Sales / Key Account management experience
-       Leadership skills/ motivator
-       Preference having experience and or affinity with decorative furniture and home accessories market. Otherwise experience with seasonal product collections towards retailers such as fashion wholesale.
-       Experience with independent small and large business retail / understands retail performance indicators
-       Result oriented, understands KPI’s and is triggered to improve constantly
-       Attend and organize tradefairs in Germany and abroad
-       Excelllent communication skills
-       Solution minded and able to handle objections
-       Proactive
-       Flexible / flexible in being on the road often
-       Fluent in German and English.
