Security Management
Do you have experience working with corporate enterprises (Top 500 DACH region)? Are you eager to learn, do you speak German at a native level and do you have the possibility to create a home office? Then we are might be looking for you!
As a Sales Manager DACH you are responsible for the active acquisition and development of new customers, from the first contacts to the commissioning of the system, in close cooperation with our business partners. You look after strategic customers (commercial accounts) for the further development of our presence in the DACH region. Together with the team, you bring your ideas and strategy development in concept and implement them.
Using your knowledge about Security Management, you create and conduct presentations that bring our AEOS-solution to life and you advise clients on the relevant security management solutions in our portfolio. You will be engaging with stakeholders at C-level or senior level, predominantly in security, workplace services, real estate and IT positions. Furthermore, you analyze market developments, provide feedback of this analysis to team members and develop a sales activity plan with clear goals that targets corporate client suspects.

Your team
You will be part of the German team, which is commercially responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The team consists of technical specialists and experienced sales people who operate mainly from their home office. You work closely with your teammates, business partners and headquarters in the Netherlands. The sales focus is aimed at the development of our Channel Partners and on the acquisition of new customers.

Required experience and skills.
·             We are looking for someone well-versed in building and maintaining relationships with prospective corporate clients as well as being talented at identifying sales opportunities.
·             Capable of nurturing prospects over a long period of time throughout the engagement phase of the sales process is a must.
·             You are comfortable in building a relevant network of contacts within these domains via established industry platforms as well as via cold acquisition.
·             You have a degree in sales, business administration or IT.
·             You have several years of relevant experience in (international) sales or business development. Or the equivalent experience in a similar position working with corporate enterprises (Top 500 DACH region).
·             You are a team player who enjoys working in an international team of professionals.
·             You are a pioneer, independent thinker and have a proactive approach. 
·             Diplomatic and skilled at navigating the politics inherent in large organizations.
·             Trustworthy – someone who understands and lives business integrity.
·             Comfortable with frequent travel within the DACH-region and occasionally beyond. 
·             You are a native German speaker.
·             Your English is good in both in writing and in speech.
